Marlin Coast Family Day Care is a non for profit Family Day Care service, with educators throughout Cairns City, Cairns Northern Beaches and Kuranda.  

In operation since 1977, we offer a flexible child care service that includes before and after school care, part-time, full-time, weekend, after hours and school holiday care.

Marlin Coast Family Day Care is a rewarding and flexible career option. We’re always on the look out for new passionate, dedicated and self-driven Educators to join our service. 

How we will support you on this journey:

  • Ongoing support and advice
  • Assistance in setting up of the environments, outdoor resources
  • Administration through Harmony software
  • Training, regulations and compliance
  • Consistency of a fortnightly pay
  • Placement of children
  • Mentor or buddy with another experienced Family Day Care Educator
  • Weekly and monthly support from coordinators and home visits
  • Flexible hours, offers earning potential to meet your financial needs whilst caring for your own children within your home
